ACOMP SERIES P-5 MICRON
›› This filter is able to hold emulsion and solid particles up to 5 micron. It is usually installed at the inlet of dryers. It is ideal as a pre-filter line elements (series S-X-Z), vacuum pumps, pneumatic blow systems, post-filters for absorption dryers.

ACOMP SERIES S-1 MICRON
›› This filter can remove solid partials up to 1 micron, including liquids and oil. Maximum content of residual oil 0.1 ppm. Normally it is used at the outlet of dryers as pre-filter for X grade elements. It is used to prevent the deterioration of tubes in compressed air systems, superficial treatments, vacuum pumps drain, compressed air motors, pre-filter for absorption dryers.

ACOMP SERIES X-0.01 MICRON
›› Oil separating filter used to remove oil residues and particles with a minimum diameter of 0.01 micron maximum content of residual oil 0.01 ppm. It delivers technically oil free air. It is used to protect control systems, pneumatic feeding systems, painting systems,  pre-filter for absorption dryers.



 

ACOMP SERIES Z-Activated Carbon
›› Activated separating filter used to eliminate vapor and oil smell, An X grade pre-filter is stalled before the filter, thus reducing the maximum content of residual oil to 0.03 ppm. It is used in pharmaceutical industries, dental application, photo laboratories, packing, and galvanic treatment.

›› Estimated life cycle:
P,S,X series: 2000 hours, 12 max months or earlier if the differential pressure reaches 0.6 bar.
Z series 400 hours.
